Do not order from this company - the will rip you off

On November 17, I ordered a product called Longitude Capsules from CP Direct. I ordered because their web site claimed a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. I received my product and tried it only to discover that it did nothing for me. Therefore, I returned the product (along with a second bottle they had sent me) within the allotted time. I finally reached their customer service after many days of unsuccessful attempts due to their phone line always being busy and cancelled any further orders and requested my refund. On December 6 I noticed another charge on my credit card for the additional bottle. I contacted them again, and was assured that my refund had been sent to the credit card company, but it never happened. As a result, I have two separate charges on my card (71.90 for the first initial order, and 46.90 for the second bottle they sent) that I have yet to receive a refund for. I have since contacted them for a total of seven times and always receive the same answer. They say they will have them check on the second refund amount, and that the first amount has already been sent to the credit card company. I verified this with my credit card company and they have received nothing about a refund. The customer service people obviously skirt around the issue, and act like there is nothing they can do about. I spoke with two separate so called supervisors (Aaron and Jason), but to no avail. My last contact was today (March 6) and was finally told that there is nothing else they can do. When asked to speak to the supervisors boss, I was told there is no number for him and he gave me an address to write to reach the owner who he stated was named Josh Bowens.
