Ripoff money from ATM

I tried the sample pack of enzyte which was not effective. I called and told them not to send me any other shipments.

I received in June another shipment which Berkley automatically withdrew $34.95 from my checking account on 06/06/05. I called and asked them again not to send any more enzyte. I was told to send the package back to the above address.

I tried to mail the package certified but the post office clerk said because the package was unopened it must be sent back as an unopened package.

As of today, 06/23/05 the $34.95 has not been added back into my account. I am very disappointed because I don't have the product and I don't have the money. If the product worked I would have been happy to have it sent to me every month with my consent.

I know it is a very small amount of cash, but it's the principle and it was my cash. Can you help?
