RESTORATION MEDIA Ripoff Scam

I ordered their free sample for a $6.95 shipping charge. After some thought, I went back in to cancel. I recieved the sample in the mail even though I cancelled. Tried to contact their customer service center, no luck. Finally I found this site and followed the advice of one person to contact the parent company, Restoration Media, at 714-426-4500. I talked with a rep who told me my order was cancelled the same day. He told me that the sample was shipped immediately and that even though I cancelled, twenty minutes later, I was not going to be refunded for the shipping. He assured me that no more charges would appear. We shall see.
