The site states that your order will be processed as soon as "the" physician reviews it. Giving the impression they are associated with a physician, like most other online pharmacies.

The total cost of your order contains a $19.95, "non refundable processing fee." You are automatically enrolled in a membership program that will continue to withdraw $20.99 every month. I did Not agree to have this money taken from my account on a monthly basis. This is a type of prescription discount card that is renewed automatically every month and must be well hidden in the fine print. Yes, you can cancel at anytime but they will get everyone the first month. Card33.com is the company making the deductions for usmedsatcost.com.

I guess my order will remain in the "pending physician approval" status forever. They state you may have YOUR physician fax them a prescription to expedite processing. Then of course you would have to pay your office visit co-pay and so on. Totally defeats the purpose of trying to save money for buying on-line meds.

I called the 800 #, and after waiting on hold for nearly 30 minutes, finally reached an operator. I was told that I could cancel my membership, the one I never agreed to in the first place. I asked to speak to the supervisor who refused to give me his direct line or full name. "David" said he would forward my compliant to the corporate office. I asked to speak to his supervisor; he said he was the only one in the call center located in LA, CA. The corporate office is the address in Tampa, FL. I have now been charged over $40 for meds never received.
