Said they dont have any idea when or if they can get my glasses to me. But they took my money, Ripoff!

I had my eye test on the 20th of april and usually have my glasses back within 5 days. This year it is now May 6th and still dont have them and am being told different stories by different people.

They claim the doctors office did not send them the rx until the 28th of april. The doctors office can provide the date and time that it was sent the 20th. Also, one told me that my glasses would go out the next morning and then I get a call later in the day saying that mine would be ready in a day or two.

Now they are telling me that they maybe ready by the middle of next week but they cant guarantee it. I had these glasses made with the lens tinted when you go outside and lighten back up when you come inside because I leave the 11th for vacation and they wont do me any good after that. For some reason when we call we are given many, many different stories.

I even was told by one of their employees that I did not have my eye exam until the 21st but I have the receipt showing the 20th. Also I have been hung up by two different women at the local office.
