Ripoff fraudulent billing

S missing $87. I called my bank first and they told me that it was a debit withdrawal made from APPERAWHITENING.com. I went to the website to contact someone to discuss my account. Its no way to talk to anyone. They told me to leave my name and number and someone will call me back but they havent. They also have a represenative chat available that dont work. They say after you leave a message if no one contacts you in 48 hours to call their 800 number. Its a voicemail telling me to go back to their website and leave a message.
