Vita Free Rip Off

I spent $176 with Vita Free in mid-November. I was promised shipping in 3-4 weeks. When I finally got through to them in January (yes, it took that long), I was told the products were shipped on January 11th and should be there "any day now". It's now February 21st and no products.

It is absolutely impossible to get through on their customer service line. If it's not busy, it puts you on hold for twenty minutes and then automatically disconnects you. You can, of course, get through on their ORDER line, but they refuse to help you. They refer you to customer service.

Judging from the other postings I've seen here, this is their regular practice. Anyone else like to join me in going to the California State Attorney General regarding these crooks? I don't see any other way of getting our money back.
