This company is your typical mail order bait and switch scam!

When I requested a trial sample as advertised on TV I was offered a instant renewal subscription at prefered prices as a "valued customer" I firmly declined the offer and specifically told the person taking my sample request to send no products w/o my request. Well low and behold (and I do mean LOW!) they proceeded to ship me a $60.00 order about 30 days later. I called and spoke w / their customer service rep told them how upset I was, cancelled any future shipments and paid to return their product. Things were fine for another 2 months then they shipped me another $60.00 order with a note enclosed saying that once they shipped product they could not issue a refund!

I attempted to reach customer service only to
find that the number on the enclosed letter was no longer in service! SO I called my credit card company and am disputing the charge! I also intend to contact the appropriate consumer agencies (remember that the BBB is USELESS) and then came here because this site works! My next step is to contact the woman in the media that was so very helpful in resolving my last consumer issue.
