Ripoff what was explained about cancellation was different from what was written up

Contract was suppose to be for a 30 day $5 promotion with the understanding that if you did not see results in 30 days you would get your $5 back and you could cancel. It was explained that the write up of the contract was in case you decided to keep it.

Now they are saying that when you sign up for the 30 day $5 including the cancellation it was for the entire contract. And the only way you could cancel was if you had a medical emergency, or health problem, which they are asking for proof if this was the case. The membersip was never used due to time constraints and when I spoke back with the salesman then this is when he told me that I could not cancel because I did not use it at all.

So therefore you are being forced to pay for something that you don't want and never used.
