They have a 90 full money refund - item was returned within 90 days

I ordered these patches and tried them - first of all they do not work and secondly - i had a mild reaction to them - redness and itching at site where they were applied. I returned them in january - i have a copy of the postal delivery comfirmation and they received them on 1/21/05.

Everytime i call them they tell me "it is being processed and will take 15-20 business days. It is now well over 20 days and they have not refunded my money ($153). I am definetly getting the run around from these people and need my money back but do not know what to do. Please help. Thank you!
