Ripoff heist scam poor customer relations stay away from this company!

This company is not user friendly. When contacted for an RMA number just a couple days past their 30 day guarantee, they became rude, obnoxious and nasty! They refused to issue one unless you were affected by a hurricane!

I returned the kit anyway and have been billed $69.80 every month since October. I have been disputing the charges with my credit card company and VIT has received several fines.

But they keep coming back! They are now sending part of their fees through collections because my credit card reversed the fees and will not allow charging it back.

I don't have their merchandise yet they insist that I pay for it.

Is there anyone who has been successful with this situation? As far as I can tell, there's not.

So... Stay away from VIT THE SEE CLEARLY METHOD for your own good!
