GE Cons Cardco (Care Credit) ripoff!

My account has been in dispute since April when I first inquired about inferior dental work I had done that was charged to this credit card. I was repeatedly assured by 4 different representatives and per their own policy, that I wasn't liable for interest charges during the dispute policy, regardless of the dispute determiantion.

After 3 months, I received a unfavorable determination and a final payment due which now included $547.77 in interest.

After holding for more than 20 minutes and at the rude and condescending treatment of a supervisor at the corporate office, we agreed on the amount due, which did not include interest charges. I mailed the payment immediately via certified mail. That was almost 6 months ago.

I continue to received billings every month for this interest amount, with late payments and of course, more interest! I continue to get nasty phone calls and no written responses to my letters.

To add insult to injury, I am having to repeat almost all of the $7,000 of shoddy dental work! How do they get away with this?
