Aspen Dental Motto Aligners - No Follow-Ups, Won't Refund or Mail My Retainer

I used Aspen Dental in Duluth, MN for my Motto aligners. I never received my initial consultation appointment where they would show me before-and-after pictures of what to expect, and I was never told about the steps involved. They started shaving between my teeth with a diamond flosser without warning, consent, or discussion, so I was in pain without any prior knowledge of what was happening. Then they put "buttons" on my teeth, gave me all my trays, and sent me on my way.

I haven't been scheduled for any follow-up appointments to check my buttons or aligners, despite messaging in the Motto app with my concerns in October and December - no follow-ups whatsoever. Last month I filed a complaint with corporate asking for my final retainer to be mailed to me, since I plan to never use Aspen again. I still have not received it, despite paying $3,000 on a credit card to Aspen. I don't think I should have to pay for this procedure given how it has all gone.

I was also supposed to get a call from a regional manager, promised by Aspen corporate, and never got that either. I left a poor review online, and corporate wrote back that they had "followed up with Aspen and they resolved your issue" - they have not, and I want all or half my money back.
