No one will call back or answer emails

I received a supplement that I did not order and saw that my credit card was charged. I am demanding a refund on my credit card. I don't even want to mail it back because I am sure I will not get a refund, as I never received one before.

I had ordered from them a long time ago, at least a year ago, and never received the item or a refund. I can guarantee I did not order this item because I have them down as a fraudulent company and would not order from them at all.

When you call, it just says to leave your name and number or email. I have sent 2 emails and made 1 phone call. I will continue this effort until I get justice and this company gets shut down again.
