Ripoff sent unauthorized package

I had only agreed to a free sample and pay shipping

They charged another full charge to my credit card without sending anything.

I called and had credit card not pay
they sent package after i had called american express
i did not want anything other than the free sample and had not authorized them to send any additional product or charge anything else to my credit card.

I tried to call toll-free customer service no.
I held the phone for over an hour and no one ever answered they played nat king cole music the entire time which i like but not to listen to when trying to contact the company

I have sent them e-mails since i could not get them on the phone i have also contacted american express and told them that i had seen this ripoff web page where they had done this to someone else.
