Ripoff not free tried to cancel the order, they captured the credit card numbe

My wife was on this site, it said free, but required her credit card number to get the "free sample". She tried to back out/cancel the order, but they "locked" her info and shipped any way, charged $9.95 instead of $5.95 as it said on the web page, and then took another $49.95 out of our account for one ounce of Nexiderm-sp, that she didn't want.
