Failed to fill prescrition - Filling medication

Around Dec. 1st, I submitted several prescriptions. Among them: Synthroid (for Thyroid), ProAir (needed for my asthma), and Aderall (generic is Amphetamine %u2013 for ADHD).

I have been checking my mailbox everyday for my prescriptions. Caremark is notoriously late %u2013 so I figured between that and the holidays I was receiving it late.By Dec. 26th, I had been out of Adderall for a week. I take 4 a day, so that is very serious.

I was starting to have symptoms of what I guess would be withdrawal %u2013 and yet the prescription still had not arrived. I called their customer care (1-888-232-8481), which is apparently in Tennessee. I explained the problem.

This was the first of my 3 calls %u2013 between the first two of the calls I received conflicting information %u2013 each in the same call.

One thing all the calls confirmed was they had %u201Cfiled%u201D my prescription which shows up in their system as filled! Filled! This medication they are talking about, to take it upon themselves to describe something as filled when it is not!!!
They said they had called %u2013 there is no record or message!!!
The conflicting messages / reasons were:
1/ Since the Adderall is a controlled substance there is more steps they need to take.
THEN TAKE THEM and FILL the prescription!!! NOW %u2013 how does that pertain to my ProAir and Synthroid not being filled? I am fortunate to still have some in the inhaler I have now %u2013 but that gives no indication when it will run out. I could be sent to the hospital if I get an attack and do not have the inhaler to head it off!!! It is not good to run out of the Synthroid either, but although I have run out, my dr. Gave me some samples.
I have a long history in my file for this prescription.

2/The message they tried to say was there was a problem with the billing. Now 2-3 months ago I got a notice that I owed x amount. I called %u2013 it turned out that when I lost my credit card and had it replaced, I did not catch the fact that they had that particular card in their system. Right then and there I gave my new card number and made sure the bill was taken care of. THIS WAS 2-3 months ago! Funny, when I called on Dec 26th checking on the status %u2013 they had the new card on file, and did not need another.

I do not have the name of the first customer service rep I spoke to, on Wed Dec 26th. After a long conversation talking about all of the above, (I was livid), she said they would process it, send it overnight, and I would not be charged for the cost of the delivery.

I should have received it on Friday the 28th. I called the Post Office, and they did not have it. So I called Caremark for the tracking number. It was not processed. I was not going to get the medication until Tuesday, the 1st. I was in tears. I spoke with Theresa in their Customer Service Department. She said she would call me with the tracking number when it was processed.

I had not received a call by 6pm. I called again and spoke with a Rhonda. Long story short %u2013 IT IS NOT PROCESSED. I do not know what to do. I do not know any other way to tell them how serious it is.
