Booking.com
[URL Removed] does not honour advertised rates

I have made a booking through [URL Removed] 2 months ago. Since then they have sent me numerous mails stating that the hotel made a mistake and they must charge me more. The recent charge is actually more expensive than they are currently charging on their own website. [URL Removed] uses a generic line, " we haver tried to get in touch with you" but not once have they phoned to sort out the problem.
I would suggest trying another way to book hotel as they do not stick to advertised rates. The service from [URL Removed] must rate as the worst ever. Pathetic.
