Optical Outlet - no response to problem - Eyeglasses

My mom, who lives on a fixed income, bought my brother 2 pairs of glasses from this company, one was a pair of sunglasses. This pair of sunglasses broke, so my brother tried calling the company. He always got the same message, "some one will get back with you" no one ever did. So we tried contacting the store directly, same result. So... We trotted ourselves down to the actual store, and were told, "we don't have that frame style in our inventory, we'll check the warehouse and get back to you" they took his phone number. AGAIN! No call came to let us know what was happening. I'm so mad at this company I'll never use them again.
