Photoshoot fail

I got a photoshoot from groupon and the photographer was HORRIBLE. So unprofessional. Bad camera bad site. I was shocked when I saw how he acted. All that is nothing, but he didn't send me the pictures he took for me. He send like 50 of them and said that he doesn't have time once I transferred the payment to him. He said if you want them you can come take them! And it's been 5 days now and he won't send them even thought I asked many times!
I want my pictures!!
