Pharmacy tech was friendly and protective of custtomer - prescription medication

Elaine, the pharmacy tech at store number 243-4094 was protective of my mother safety and confidentiality rights during our drive-thru experience. I went inside to buy a efw items while my mom went to the drive-thru to fill in her Rx. When I finished shopping, I walked to the car, which was still parked in the drive-thru. As I approached the car, Elaine calmly, yet assertively verified with my mom that she was expecting someone (me, more specifically a tall, caucasion male) to get into the car.
