Over charged and disputing

I purchased the Nuetrim from their website on the 21/03 where i thought i was getting 5 bottles for $29 but instead $148 was deducted from my card i foned them straight away and cancelled that order and requested a refund i called 3 days later and was told my refund was processed on the 23/03 and would take up to 5 days to appear in my account its now the 8/4 and still have not received my refund i did put in a dispute with my bank as well i have not received any replies from their [Email Removed] email and i keep getting told different stories every second day when i called and i have not received any products this is upsetting and frustrating no one seems to know what they doing but ripping people off.
