I ordered 1 bottle of nuetrim and 1 bottle of cambogia plus (as seen on dr oz) for $48 per bottle shipping.
My credit card was charged correctly for the nuetrim but i was charged for 5 bottles of the cambogia plus. I am absolutely positive that i only ordered 1 bottle of each. This is a very clever scam. When u ring them up they tell you that you ordered 5 bottles and hence that is what has been shipped to you, hence the charge is correct. They tell you that you can return the bottles to the US (but you must pay the postage) Its totally dodgy! You get a confirmation email at the time of ordering that tells you that they have received your order but it doesnt say what you have ordered and how much is being charged to your card. I havent received my order by post yet so lets see what actually gets shipped.
The customer service person i spoke to kept telling me that i ordered 5 bottles and when she realised that I was not going to accept that argument she offered me a 25% refund on the amount charged. I said no and asked her for the return address. She then came back and offered me a 50% refund which i accepted. At the end of the conversation she indicated that this is not the first time she has had to deal with this particular complaint.
