Poor shoeing techniques, price variation. Rip-off!

This farrier cared for my horse for 6 months. During this time the condition of his hooves declined, yet the farrier told me he was ok and didn't need any care products.
My horse lost 4 shoes during this time and each time he charged me to tack on the shoe, when it feel off due to his poor skills. Each time he gave my horse new shoes, the price changed.
