Not happy with LifeScan. My OneTouch UltraLink was stolen and I asked for their help in getting a new one. I can not calibrate my Glucose Sensor without a meter that talks to my pump. They refused to help me saying it's not a product warranty issue so they can't help. Been using OneTouch meters for 25 yrs and this is how I am treated it's crap.
