Massage Envy has made my first and probably last massage experience horrific. The manager was full of lies and deception. I was told that i wasn't being signed up for a contract or any kind of subscription and i could cancel my membership at any time. Lies!!! I made an appointment and couldn't make it due to a family matter and they charged me the full service price anyway and i was never told anything about a no show fee. Then when i called to talk to the manager she said the girl who setup my appointment was suppose to tell me. So i told the manager to cancel my membership and she says she cant unless i move 20 miles away from the business or if i get a doctors note saying for health reasons i could no longer get massages... Then she says she couldnt refund the amount charged and i would be billed every month for the membership. The receptionist were rude and young teenagers at that. Dont give them any of your info!!! Oh did i mention that she said there was no corporate number and she also said she wasnt obligated to give me the the head manager at this particular facilities name... Outdone, oh and in that orde
