Took money out of my account without my knowledge

$60.00 was taken out of my account at Christmas time, without my permission. I told the manager I did not want it anymore. My friend and I went down to cancel our contract. He was rude to us. He refused to reverse the charges. Another $25.00 was taken out without my knowledge causing me to be overdrawn.
