My husband was given a blood pressure by a medical facility 2 months ago, and it has quit working. Their customer service is the worst place to deal with ever. They do not stand behind their products at all. When you try to deal with them and try to correct the problem, they are very arrogant and nasty in nature. They do not want you to deal with an official of the company. Do yourself a favor and never do business with this company or buy any of their products. They will not stand behind it if it breaks. I will Never do any business with them ever again.
