I took out an offer for a free trial of renueskincare for$3.75 then was advised that if i dont cancel before trial period ends they will automaticly take from my bank $78 every three weeks i have emailed them to cancel and they reply that i have to phone custmr serv before they can cancel the number they told me does not work and when i emailed them again i just get the same reply could you please give me any advice on how to end this matter and what i can do to stop them taking my money it is makeing me ill i am on disability at moment please help yours sincerly juneta mccolm
