Ripoff deceptive advertising, rude, insulting, and terrible service

Short & simple!!!

Never go to a new business just because of coupons!!!
I received a flyer in my Sunday paper and decided to try
Eyeglass World at N. Green River Road in Evansville, Indiana.

After 4 trips to Eyeglass World in Evansville from my home (a 100 mile round-trip each time) I finally got my 16 daughter new contacts!!!

We had to see 2 different doctors on separate visits because the first one messed up her prescription badly, then left),
leaving us with wrong contacts. (I had paid for them on this visit)!

I made another appointment, but when we arrived, we were told that they were too busy and I would have to come back another day.

On the 3rd trip, we finally got the right prescription, but the contacts were not in stock, so we had to make another trip!!! I asked that the contacts be shipped to my home, but I was told she would have to see the doctor again! I then asked for a refund, but told "that was against store policy"!!

We made the 4th trip and on this last trip, I blew up!!! I told them exactly what I thought about their business and that I would never recommend them or give them my business again! The manager came over to talk to me and I was given a business card with a hand-written $25 credit on "anything in the store". I asked for a refund, but they could not give me a refund, that was against "store policy"!!! Needless to say, the $25 credit was useless!!!

I just want to say "BUYER BEWARE"!!! Eyeglass World is a big-ripoff. (PS: they wouldn't use my coupons, we didn't get the "right kind" of contacts!!!)
