Poor attention to customer's problems in pharmacy - CUSTOMER SERVICES

CVS in Apollo Beach Florida - We have used this store since moving to the area and the pharmacy staff recently have become unacceptable. Meny times when you need to use the pharmacy you are not feeling well and the lack of concern is upsetting. My doctor's office called in a RX that was in error. I had refused to accept the medication on a previous pickup. They put it back for pick up and then called us letting us know it was there. I was expecting another refill and assumed it was that medication and my husband had picked it up for me. I returned it explaining the problem, $10 due back to me and you would have thought I was asking for $1,000. They were rude and as I searched for my receipt - finally finding it and they had already issue a credit card and refused to credit my charge card and take back the $10 CVS card. I could go on but this is not the first time they have shown less than good customer service to me but this was the reason for this complaint.
