Bad medical billing company - Peter Koukounas, President of Hippocratic Solutions, LLC

I started working with them in August and should have realized there were problems since Peter Koukounas would NOT give me a contact from his company other than himself to ask questions. Whenever my staff or patients called him for questions, he would NEVER return our calls. Weeks would go by then suddenly he would "text" us a possible answer. He lied about using certified coders and billers since whoever he used made basic mistakes. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone who needs a Medical Biller.
