Governor John Kasich Ohio
Kimberly Anderson running a hoax at the State Medical Board of Ohio taking the licenses of certain innocent physicians & subjecting to years of harassment to find a case, while allowing gross neglect and roundfilin

Health & Medicine

Governor Kasich & Kimberly Anderson have been swiftboating innocent physicians at the State Medical Board of Ohio with obviously false complaints - where the 'confidential' is never revealed, and the sources of the complaint never identified while the Board's business is preoccupied.

The Medical Board only has so much time, so many investigators and case workers, and fills this roster discussing physicians with no patient complaints, no alcohol or drug abuse, and up-to-date CMEs. The physicians with multiple patient complaints cases remain in the boxes - everything is 'confidential.' No one knows where the misinformation comes from for years while the bank accounts of the falsely suspended physicians run out (student loans), and the real complaints about physicians are let to run out of time.

Certain physicians get their confidential complaints, and certain physicians don't in Ohio - it's all supposedly against Ohio State Law, but someone has the list of which complaints to release to the physician accused, which complaints to round or circular file, and which to run a 'rain dance' investigation on. Ms. Anderson's office has the list. The Office of the Ohio Inspector General, which supposedly gets after the Medical Board for releasing 'confidential' complaints, does this on a case by case basis - so illegal is relative in Ohio. The law does not apply to everyone.

For the innocent - eventually some of the physician complaint signers/sources are identified: physicians who haven't seen the accused physician in 20 years, or physicians that never met the physician but collected monies for signing. But the damage is done, the physician's career destroyed. It's a pay-for-signature situation, with the State Medical Board of Ohio getting the only 'view' in the cases of falsely accused physicians with no patient complaints - a stack right now in Ohio.

Someone profits from each of these false cases at the State Medical Board of Ohio, but the truth is muddied, and the self-interested parties never aren't identified for years - so the falsely-accused physician can't respond adequately and their whole life and practice of medicine is targeted - for decades longer than they practiced medicine.

The taxpayer loses, and the standard of medical care in Ohio. Prejudices, and conflicts-of-interest, of the Medical Board Members are never revealed - no one knows what complaints the Members themselves sign or promote. Ms. Anderson, the Interim Director of the State Medical Board of Ohio, has been running investigations that do anything but investigate patient care issues - the sex lives and dating histories of women physicians are documented and gone into - do they have enough experience with men to be licensed in Ohio?

There's never any Financial Report, or accounting of the money, and until recently the Office of the Inspector General has been allowing that this fraud continue - where these physicians are countercomplained about by colleagues to hide the real problems in care. Senator Tom Patton's office is trying to get the facts - but hasn't required that the recently-resigned Mr. Whitehouse testify to the Ohio Senate Health Committee about the problems.

Some of these false cases in Ohio have now gone on for over 20 years, with no end in sight for this Christmas 2012 - there are whole families hurt by this - but Governor Kasich only cares about his family. And Mr. Whitehouse knows what is going on - but no accounting has been required of him as in the Benghazi situation. There's no Whitehouse Report as to the state of affairs at the State Medical Board in Ohio.

A Medical Board complaint situation in Ohio is not a Harvard-Yale debate where there are impartial judges and an objective point scoring system - it's a brawl, a wrestling match, where the most powerful wins. It's not about patient care, or improving standards of anything in Ohio. It's about power.

Taking the medical licenses of too-good physicians is a business in Ohio - for the lawyers & their physician competitors - while the 'friend' physicians of Medical Board Members get their patient complaints roundfiled or circular filed.innocent physician cases are put ahead of boxes of cases of physicians with multiple patient complaints; the triage system is a fraud in Ms. Anderson's office.

There is never anyway for the 'innocent' poster child bad physicians to get full disclosure, the facts, or to respond adequately. The 'confidential' files are changed unendingly to 'find a case.' There are discrepancies, misrepresentations, and diagnoses alleged that don't exist, fabricated medical records, falsified Rorschach, psychiatric evaluations and medical care - but no statute of limitations. You can't fight the fight the right way - with the facts. Medical records are deemed reliable when even the BC/BS insurance questioned and refused to pay the physician.

The problem is the system in Ohio - a system of confidential physician complaints that the American Association for Physicians & Surgeons has targeted in Ohio and other states (Texas, New York). This is a falsely stacked system for physician licensure disciplines, and reforms have been needed for over 20 years, but no one is really allowed to see the extent of the problem in Ohio - no Financial Reports at the State Medical Board of Ohio. Hitler got rid of his competitors by a similar 'confidential' complaint system.

Some physicians have their licenses suspended for 'making too much of admittedly bad care practices' in Ohio - care practices that the Medical Board allows to continue as someone profits. One bad orthopedic physician can yield thousands in complication monies for a Hospital, use all the specialty equipment and expertise on staff with consultations. One procedure at one Cleveland hospital - a total-knee replacement - led to hundreds of thousands in care complication monies - for putting the woman into shock after her popliteal artery was cut with a saw while the orthopedic was 'dancing' in the OR. The woman MD who saw this happen had her license suspended.

Kimberly Anderson's' Enforcement, Compliance & Investigations Office has been investigating certain physicians with no patient complaints for years, putting these falsely accused physicians ahead of boxes of physicians with multiple patient complaints. This is called Type I error in statistics gathering - physician false positives - where the physician is swiftboated to a licensure suspension when the physician is really practicing above average care for the State of Ohio. There's no way to expose the self-interested parties seeking to inflict damage on colleagues. There's no Type I or Type II error reported at the State Medical Board of Ohio; no error at all - which is false as medical mistakes are an ever growing business.

Innocent physicians are (1) told that their cases are probably false, but nothing is done; (2) advised to admit the Medical Board's case to be able to return to practice and continue their exemplary care of patients, (3) have their medical care withheld until they admit the Board's case resulting in unremedied health issues, and (4) are out of money after 2 years of this ruse. The truth does not matter in Ohio at the State Medical Board - to Governor Kasich, to Ms. Anderson, or to the taxpayers. The Medical Board Members fix cases for their friends, release the confidential complaints about their friends against state law (so that the 'friend' can countercomplain), and the money trail is never found.
