Rip-off! Fraudulent billing!

This company makes you pay montly out of a checking acct or credit card monthly. When canceling this service they give you a 2*4 piece of paper to fill out. Cancellation starts 30 days later. I filled one of these out and gave it back to a short blonde hair "teenager" who was working the counter. 2 months later received a bill for the balance of 181.00, (they could not bill my card due to it being canceled when my purse was stolen) Obviously this form was misplaced. I called Ted Perry 17 times on a number called the VIP line. Which is a cell phone that is never answered. NOT once did he return my calls.

I was in contact with the manager at the Westerville store (Jason) and he admitted there was a problem. Advised he would the the "billing" dept call me or he himself would call me back. That call has yet to come from Jason or Ted Perry. This has been addressed by me to the store every week since the first letter. Now, I am being harrassed by a collection agency for the amount of 297.00!!! I have reported this man to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney Generals, maybe I will get a call now? Dont not use this man he has very very poor business practices!!
