Took my payment and then allowed viruses to infect my compute

Retained receiving updates the Avast anti virus application was going to end. Taken care of 24 months of protection. Following a couple weeks my pc is contaminated with infections and closed up. Named the amount I'd to appear up from somebody elses pc. Got some Indian man that willnot shut-up and so I might speak with him. He explained he had a need to access my pc also it might charge over $300. I mentioned no and requested to get a return. No dice. Today I've no pc and am out the two year protection charge.
