Charged I did Not Authorize

I received a text from "Cellago" stating that I am subcribed (U R Subscribed) to a service to play a word scrabble game at the rate of $10.00 every two weeks. A service I did not subscribe to.

I just spoke with a Customer's Service Rep from this company. He tells me that if I'm Charged for the service, I subscribed to it. I do not remember doing this. Their answer, someone that has access to my phone has. This is totally rubbery. They downloaded the infomation regarding my subscription from Rogers and they provided proof that I subscribewd August 19th. I did not suscribe. According to the CS, The CRTC has approved this way of doing business (??). He also mentioned that 2way Traffic Mobile Inc. Is a multi billion dollar company. I wonder how they are still in business, oh wait I know, I just contributed 10 or possibly more dollars to them.

Rogers or any other cellular carrier, should not pay third party charges unless we, the consumer, give them permission to do so.

I am very mad, and wish there was a way to report these scammers. Good, law abiding companies are going out of business, why is this company still in business.
