Banned for NO reason

Our Boy had a merchant account on SMALLWORLDS.com. He was barred for NO PURPOSE. He's 13 years old. I've a course on his pc that records everything he does. After researching it the moderator for that website banned him for nothing. I'd settled about $100 on this consideration for him and today all that's dropped since they can not really login. This really is outragous, you cannot actually contact the website, I've delivered emails, they don't react and there's NO telephone number. I want somebody might do something positive about this website. They're conning children once they invest a lot of cash onto it.
