Our child bought platinum to get a sport she performs and not received it. They promise (it really claims Guarantee) shipping in 10 minutes. Whenever you attempt to contact them through their "Live-Chat" you receive: "The provider isn't on-line" should you request a reimbursement, they don't react whatsoever. I began the challenge procedure with Paypal. Hopefully they'll support.
