Cost for Pattern Microsoft antivirus support continues to be taken from my checking acct.

It was completed May-10. Decription of reduction is 311009012882 DRI*Trend Micro. I've obtained many emails informing cost of $19.95 failed. It was since Pattern attempted to charge my bill from the foreign bank. Then they resubmitted it from the people lender also it was approved. As of this moment my computor is without safety. Reguesting this be fixed ASAP...
