I'd related issues with RegCure from Paretologic. It didn't repair my issue and really triggered additional applications to crash. I uninstalled this program, approached Paretologic and SafeCart to get a return. Like other cards I acquired no response. After 48-hours I e mailed PayPal concerning the issue. They approached SafeCart and within twenty four hours I got an answer from SafeCart saying I Would be getting a complete refund. A couple of days later the reimbursement seemed on my charge card. Therefore there's wish should you settled with PayPal. Take a look, and best of luck!
