I purchased a game title, Civilization IV, through Gametap. The method it assume to function is, that you simply purchase it, download and play. It'd obtain, which required hours on the wire link, then not perform. I approached the costumer support, via mail, for times. They'd keep providing me fresh reasons for this no longer working and options that finished nowhere. Ultimately, they ceased addressing my emails for weeks. I received a contact 3 months once they ceased addressing, providing me EXACTLY THE SAME OPTIONS THEY GAVE BEFORE.
