Paid with credit card but have no protection

On may 24 / 2010 I restored my web protection and compensated with my mastercard crdit card, obtained my disc from avg about 4 nights later-but it doesn't function. Recently may 4 I obtained a note from avg that I've no safety whatsoever. Please support. Thanks.
