This product, service and customer service is the worst

Poor performance – worse customer care. Had the MagicJack for all weeks now. The sound ceased focusing on all of the calls placed and obtained. Can’t notice incoming calls and can’t notice outgoing calls. This makes the MJ ineffective. Used hrs with customer care. They're not able to solve and not able to advance and not able to do something today. Today after I ‘chat’ with customer support they're reluctant to assist. They inform me I'm from choices. They'll not return me for that 5 years of support I bought plus they don't take part in number flexibility and so I can’t consider my quantity to a different supplier. I truly am from choices. I purchased today can’t utilize it many months later since it is damaged. The product, support and customer support may be the worst.
