Our Secret Port (MJ) incoming calls were falling after 30 seconds. Their tech-support (Branden and Haley) created a lot of modifications to my Computer (none which resolved the issue) that it's a question I will still connect with the Web. I had been taken down having a "I'll reset you on our part") and decreased, having a want a happy existence!?! After I attempt to get-get back on for live-chat support, I discover that they've organized the accessibility route isn't there. I've been blocked from worrying about their completely inexperienced techsupport. After I return on the webpage, I've to check out the insipid dad/child ego-trip. Within the mean-time, I'm trapped for 5 years with 30-second incoming calls. And Computer magazine scored them extremely? Have to stop my membership. REALLY disappointed.
