Cant remove it from my compute

I applied to possess safe promises anti-virus check on my pc but ceased with them and went with my free application from my Web supplier so when I do want to reach deploy the free Mcafee it informs me that I've to uninstall safe quality first. I attempted but I cant remove it it don't allow me to so what can I actually do please support.
