I bought an antivirus application in the website for $39.98 since I had been having difficulties with my pc that their application stated to repair. Throughout the purchase procedure, I study that I'd obtain an email with pertainant packing info along with a bill. I purchased a duplicate. Used to do not obtain an email and had difficulties installing the program. I wound up eliminating the program from my pc. I tried the procedure again, wishing to obtain an email. I settled ANOTHER $39.98 to get a second backup. The 2nd content packed just good. I never acquired an email bill and determined just how to obtain it by myself. I go through the return policy and that I can't request a reimbursement since I actually donot possess the info which was said to be within the emails I never obtained from their website.
