Bought PCMedkit from Blitware. Can't open, can't work, can't use.

I Have sent a to aid but similar to of another grievances, have noticed nothing back. Searching for the merchandise on the site, it is today shown as "Coming Soon" despite the fact that I've saved a duplicate. The product appears much like PCMEDIK from Pgware. Is that this a fraud?
