Webroot Antivirus w/Spy Sweeper
Deactivated keycode

Our problem: packed Antivirus on (3) PCS in my own house. After operating in this way for over annually, Webroot chooses to revoke my membership/keycode and so I CAn't obtain disease definitio improvements. Talked to John in customer care (after waiting 38 units on-hold), and that I requested to become re activated on (1) pc, and he transferred me to Revenue, who reissued a brand new keycode with leftover 270 time permit.

Their problem: Many software businesses permit numerous pc submission for "individual use" permits. Webroot shouldn't have suspended my keycode without delivering a contact wrning of the numerous permit occurrence. Waiting 38 units for assistance is too much time.
