Billed me and I didn't order from them

I've not requested any items out of this organization, like a matteroffact, I've never heard about them before. Nevertheless, they've billed me due to their application and that I did not purchase it or have I received it. I believe they're insane, they've charged me and also have not really provided me contact info and that I cannot decide how these were provided use of my consideration and that I cannot contact them to correct the problem out.
