Terrible experience

While their selection program held us totally off the web, they'd not reply the telephone. Once, we invested 45 units on-hold before holding up.

After I asked them by mail from my workplace to stop the consideration, they began requesting bank account info, accounts, etc. They informed us we did not possess the filter fitted properly. They completely dismissed the demand to uninstall their filter from their finish.

They completely ignored my demand to uninstall & maintained requesting passcodes, etc. I requested them TEN OCCASIONS to stop our consideration. Alternatively, they offered us information on updates, requested for info THEY had DELIVERED TO US! Only a total runaround

While our bank transformed everybody's card, a cost returned, however they did not reveal, & quit our consideration. We were billed over $30 to get a support that did not function, AND held us totally off the web! They'dnot actually start referring to an answer till we settled them.

Finally, they did deliver a course via mail to my workplace consideration that will allegedly uninstall this program athome, despite the fact that they'd been informed we could not access the web. Issue: their filter had stop our access to the internet!

I approached our supplier, Millennium Tel, & they informed us that people could not uninstall this program just because a stop have been placed on our computer by 4safe. They'd to get rid of it themselves

All this conversation required 6 months. Simply to stop our consideration & return online! After drawing $30 out-of people to get a service-we did not get. And of course tension! *#@*&!!!
